Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using EngageGhost ("the Extension"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Rights and Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension (including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of EngageGhost. EngageGhost reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Service.

No Warranty

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. EngageGhost makes no warranty that the Extension will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Data Privacy

EngageGhost does not collect or store any personal data through the Extension. Any data that may be incidentally acquired during the use of the Extension is managed in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Changes to the Terms

EngageGhost dreserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending a notification, posting a notice on our services, or updating the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Extension following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
